This is the first step to crushing your goals. Anxiety, sadness, and paralysis make decision making difficult. I have been there, and I am here to tell you it does not have to be this way.

I’ve worked with hundreds of individuals on the very same mental blocks or lies you are currently telling yourself. One size does not always fit, so we support you individually to uncover the root cause of the issue (or the lie you’ve been believing about yourself). Together we will use practical tools and systems to bring out the best version of you.

I love working with individuals that are ready to re-frame their negative mindset and step confidently towards the best version of themselves, however, I specialize in working with women who are transitioning out of abusive relationships. The fears that arise when making this transition can feel debilitating I equate motherhood to mirroring entrepreneurship at times, as similar fears arise and can make life feel debilitating.

Escaping an abusive relationship and starting over is a huge transition and you can feel incredibly lonely. Having a strong support system brings relief and enables you to fill up so you can pour from a filled cup.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Mindset Coaching?

To better understand Mindset Coaching we first need to understand what a Mindset Strategist does. Simply put we are your advocate and partner to building a better version of you with a view to living a more satisfying life through mindset shifts i.e re-framing negative thoughts. We provide practical, proven, action oriented strategies to help you reach your goals. We do not provide advice or single-handely solve our client's issue. We focus on asking probing questions to help the individual understand the "why" before attempting the "how".

What happens during the first call?

The first call is for us to get acquainted and discuss the answers received from the intake form. This allows me to explain my process and how I can add value and to see if we are a good match. Up to this point you are not committed to a contract. As a potential client, you have nothing to lose by committing to the first call but much to gain, even if you never return after the first 30 minutes.

How do I know if I need a Coach?

We all have experienced some difficult situations throughout our lives. The most recent research shows that almost 80% of Americans suffer from mild to moderate depression, typically related to life events like break-ups, death of a loved one, financial hardship, etc. The support you receive from friends and family helps, however it is more beneficial to speak with an outsider looking in. We form certain haits and behaviors over the years and these often blocks us from reaching our true potential. Having an unbiased and objective examination of these road blocks may open your eyes to things you never even realized was a stumbling block. The following questions may help you decide: Do you often feel overwhelmed by the daily tasks? Do you feel like you’re living life unconsciously? Do you suffer from low self-esteem? Do you feel like everyone else seems to have a but you? Are you going through a difficult time in life and need some objective support? Do you feel stuck? Answering yes to any of the above questions suggests you could benefit from working with a coach.
